This begins the true test at Stonehaven – the three finishing holes that will make or break anyone’s round. This dramatic three-shotter is played from a substantial elevation that makes it even more difficult to find the landing area flanked by bunkers, grass depressions, and wetlands. The second shot should be aimed at the cross bunker to set up a medium to short iron approach to a very long narrow putting surface that can vary at least three clubs. A par here will be well deserved.
